ke, the undersigned, do hereby submit for discussior the following pro-
posal respecting a landfill operation to replace the operation heretofore
conducted by the City of Greeley.
The undersigned are residents, property owners and taxpayers• of this
community. o;e are also persons experienced in the trash and disposal busi-
ne.r in this area, and are, and have been engaged in that business in this
community for years immediately past.
The landfill would be located within reasonable distance from the City
of Greeley, and would be operated under proper, modern methods applicable to
landfills, with a view of reclaiming waste land to produce productive land
in the prooe:ia.
The operation will abide all of the State of Colorado proper regulations
applicable to landfills, administered by the ,.eld County Health Department,
Proper and qualified personnel, equipmer.L and site will be secured, em-
ployed and operated to p oduce the desired results, at the expense of tie
undersigned.
The site will be posted with proper signs, including iees involved, by
the undersigned.
The operation of the landfill would be from 8:00 o'clock A.N.. to 4:00
o'clock P.M., six days per week, and from 8:00 o'clock A.M. to 11:30 o'clock
A.M., .undaye, except national legal holidays, and except in such case of e-
mergency as would reasonably require a complete or partial cessation of op-
erations.
The fee basis proposed is as follows:
Barrel (to 60 gal. capacity)

2 wheel trailer (max. 1 cu. yd.)
Pickup or 4 -wheel trailer, equal capacity
Pickup with sideboards
Regular truck, and farm, single axle
Reg.Jlar truck, and farm, double axle
