VI -9600316 Richard and Elizabeth Wilson Sections 31.2, 31.3, 31.3.3 and 43 Fifth residence on the property without the appropriate permits in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700033 Fred A. Rogers Sections 31.2 and 31.3.9 Noncommercial junkyard in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700041 Russell and Patricia Sweet Sections 31.2 and 31.3.9 Noncommercial junkyard located in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700049 Sheryl L.
