Re: Building Permit
Dear Board Members:
I own approximately three and one half acres. This is on lot one
and two located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SW 1 /4 of the NW 1 /4 of Section 30. Township 5 North, Range Sixty-
five West of the 6th P.M. County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Presently there is a home on that part of lot 2. (2812 40th
Street). I am requesting a building permit to construct another home
on that property. It would be a modular home. R representative of
American Modular Homes presented what we would like to do to the
Weld County Planning Office. They are suggesting I subdivide but
would need city water and sewer. I do not want to subdivide. I only
want to provide a home for my daughter. There is plenty of room for
another septic system and the water supply is Central Weld Water.
I am requesting that you grant me a permit. Consider, please,
this area and the past decisions for building permits in this area. R
home here would enhance this area.
Enclosed is a map with two possible locations for the modular.
