This Notice tells HUD about the owner's plans for the building based on the information we provided on January 31,1995 On this Notice,the owner has checked one of two boxes which say"Voluntary Sale"or"Mandatory Sale." In either case, residents of the project may be eligible to buy the project by forming a Resident Council.
