HomeMy WebLinkAbout970440.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1135 FOR A LIVESTOCK CONFINEMENT OPERATION (400 CATTLE), BOARDING FACILITY (12 HORSES), AND 3 ACCESSORY TO THE FARM RESIDENCES ALONG WITH THE PRINCIPLE RESIDENCE (4 RESIDENCES TOTAL) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - SOUKUP INVESTMENTS, LLC WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day of February, 1997, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Soukup Investments, LLC, 706 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1135 for a livestock confinement operation (400 cattle), boarding facility (12 horses), and 3 accessory to the farm residences along with the principle residence (4 residences total) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit: Part of the SE1/4 of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at said hearing on February 19, 1997, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to March 12, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., at which time said applicant was represented by Jacqueline Johnson, Attorney, and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services staff informed the Board that the applicant's representative has requested the application be withdrawn, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendation of the Weld County Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to accept said request to withdraw said application.
