RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community Review
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Wommack, Probation representative, Jon
Eastin, school district representative, and Tom Gonzales, citizen, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jerry Wommack, Jon Eastin, and
Tom Gonzales, citizen, to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jerry Wommack, Probation representative, Jon Eastin, school district
representative, and Tom Gonzales, citizen, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County
Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of December, A.D., 1995.
