WARRANTY DEED THE CITY OF GREELEY, COLORADO, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado, for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars in hand paid, does hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, State of Colorado, the following real property situate in the County, and State of Colorado, to -wit: An undivided one-half of The SW's of Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 65, West of the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom all that part of said SWk lying South of the Ogilvy Ditch; said excepted tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Quarter Section 70 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence North 50° 45' East 250 feet; thence North 57 35' East 114 feet; thence North 83° 15' East 190 feet; thence South 77°05' East 352 feet; thence South 71°50' East 285 feet; thence South 63°45' East 165 feet to the South line of said Quarter Section; thence West along said South line 1250 feet to the point of beginning; containing 155.9 acres, more or less, according to the U.
