MEMORANDUM
TO: Scott Ballstadt, Current Planner DATE: September 10, 1997
FROM: Don Carroll, Project Administrator !99
SUBJECT: USR-1169; Roland & Sharon Bunn
The Weld County Public Works has reviewed this proposal; the following requirements are recommended to be
a part of any approval:
COMMENTS:
The proposed facility is located within Casa Grande Estates. I have field verified the location. The existing access
is off from WCR 22 on to Navajo Court, which is a paved cul-de-sac.
I have no conflict with the proposed building being placed on the 5.9 acre parcel. The property appears to be flat
with no apparent drainage problems.
cc: Commissioner Harbert
