Enclosed is an application from William H. and Charles W. Jerke for an Amended Minor
Subdivision Final Plan . The parcel of land is described as Lot B of RE -691, located in the SE4
NE4 of Section 32, T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the
parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north of and adjacent to Weld
County Road 50-1/2; west of and adjacent to Weld County Road 41.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or

Currently Central Weld County Water District has not had any communication regarding water
service to this proposed subdivision from the owner. It would appear, based off of the

service to this proposed subdivision from the owner. It would appear, based off of the

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED LNTO BETWEEN JERKE BROTHERS, A
COLORADO PARTNERSHIP, AND THE LA SALLE FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT IN REGARD TO FIRE PROTECTION AT SCOTCH PINE ESTATES, A
JERKE BROTHERS SUBDIVISION. ONE MILE EAST OF LA SALLE AT THE
INTERSECTION OF WELD COUNTY ROADS 41 AND 50 1/2.
JERKE BROTHERS SHALL:
1. INSTALL DIRECTIONAL FLOW VALVE AND APPROPRIATE
APPURTENANCES BETWEEN IRRIGATION WATER FLOW FROM
IRRIGATION WELL AND EMERGENCY FIRE PROTECTION WATER LINE.
2. USE CURRENT ELECTRICAL CAPABILITIES AT IRRIGATION WELL.
3. INSTALL NOT LESS THAN 6" PLASTIC STYLE PIPELINE AT A DEPTH
APPROPRIA IL TO CARRY WATER ANT) AVOID DAMAGE FROM NORMAL
AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES ALONG UTILITY EASEMENTS TO A POINT
ON SCOTCH PINE DRIVE BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4.
4. INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NATIONAL FIRE
PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NEPA) CODE NUMBER 25 --- "STANDARD
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE FIRE SERVICE MAINS AND THEIR
APPURTENANCES", \\TTH LA SALLE FIRE DEPARTMENT APPROVAL.
5. ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND
RLUNIENANCE OF THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM SHALL BE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF JERKE BROTHERS AND/OR THE SCOTCH PINE
ESTATES HOME OWNERS GROUP.
