COLORADO WITH M. A. BUT.. R:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners sign the five year
lease for use of a four room house located on the Sj of Section 22, Township 11 North,
Range 60 West, of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, with M. A. Butler, copy of
said lease hereto attached and made a part of this resolution. The annual rental fee
is $204.00 and the lease will expire August 31, 1967.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder,
recorded in Book 1623 at page 326.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and "seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

THIS INDENTURE, Made this 25th day of -August; A. D. 1962, between M. A. BUTLER,
the lessor, and WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the`IeMS®e,
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the payment of the rent and the keeping
and performance of the covenants and agreements by the said lessee hereinafter
set forth, the said lessor hereby leases unto the said lessee the following
described premises, situate in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, to -wit:
The four room house and adjoining yard and messuage as now fenced,
being a tract 300 feet square, more or less, known as the labor house
or bunk house located on the South Half (Si) of Section Twenty-two
(22), in Township Eleyen (11) North, Range Sixty (60) West of the
Sixth Principal Meridan.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and the appurtenances unto the said lessee from
twelve o'clock noon of the 1st day of September, A. D. 1962, until twelve o'clock
noon of the 31st day of August, A. D. 1967, at and for a rental, for the full term
aforesaid, of $,020.00, which rental shall be paid in installments as follows:

LESSEE SHALL have the privilege of erecting a maintenance building on said plot,
or adjacent thereto, for use by lessee for equipment and machinery and shall have
the right at the expiration of this lease to remove said building.
LESSOR AGREES to carry comprehensive insurance insuring said premises against damage
by hail or fire, which, in the event of damage, shall be payable to said parties as
their interest shall appear.
LESSEE AGREES to keep all said buildings, fixtures and equipment in good repair
and to pay for any damages caused to said premises and equipment by its occupant
or tenants at its own expense, ordinary wear and tear or loss by fire excepted.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD and agreed by and between the parties that said premises are
being leased by said lessee as quarters for its road maintenance man or men and
shall be occupied by any person or persons so employed at the election of said
lessee and that such person or persons shall have continuous and uninterrupted
right of access to said property and to make such roads, fills or crossings as
shall be deemed necessary for the purposes of its use.

THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the heirs, administrators and assigns
of said lessor.
