COMMUNICATIONS, INC., DBA INTERMOUNTAIN CABLE COMM
A public hearing was conducted on December 11, 1996, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Chair
Commissioner George E. Baxter, Pro-Tern
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Assistant County Attorney, Cyndy Giauque
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 18, 1996, and duly published
November 21, 1996, in the South Weld Sun, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Joshua Cablevision/Fanch Communications, Inc., dba Intermountain Cable Comm, for a cable
television franchise renewal. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Cyndy
Giauque, Assistant County Attorney, stated she talked to the applicant's representative and sent a
notice of today's hearing. Since he is not present, Ms. Giauque recommended continuation of
today's hearing. No public testimony was given. Commissioner Harbert moved to continue this
matter to December 18, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Webster seconded the motion, which
carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 16th day of December, 1996.
