The parcel of land is described as Lot A of RE -1610, located in Part of the NW4 of Section 8, T5N, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is south of and adjacent to Weld County Road 60, and approximately 1/4 mile east of Weld County Road 15. The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated.
