Dear Sir:
Please check the area right around the East Memorial Elementary
School, corner Twentieth Street Road anc Balsam Avenue, for zoning
regulations andsee if Mr.•Gustafson is conforming. de have something
equal to or worse than the city dump currently existing. We would
appreciate having it cleared aAay if at all possible. It is detri-
mental to property owners as well as being a health hazard. The
situation is getting worse instead of better all along.
