RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY EXTENSION
ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dan Oster be reappointed to said council and
that LeAnn Reid be appointed to said council, to replace Bill Jackson, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dan Oster to said council and to
appoint LeAnn Reid to said council, with their terms to expire November 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dan Oster be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Extension
Advisory Council, with his term to expire November 1, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that LeAnn Reid be, and hereby is, appointed
to said council to replace Bill Jackson, with her term to expire November 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of December, A.D., 1995.
