Weld County, Colorado: GENTLEMEN: Your Viewers appointed on the 7th _ _ _ _ _day of May 1920 to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz: Commencing at. The SE corner of Sec. 32, and the SW corner of sec. 33, in township 8 N, of Range 56 West of ,the 6th P. M. , thence North 2 miles, between sections 32 and 33, and between sections 28 and 29, thence east, between sections 21 and 28, to the SW corner of section 22, the next mile east having been declared an open road, thence beginning at the SW corner of section 23, and the NW corner of section 26, thence running east 2 miles, between sections 23 and 26, and sections 24-25, to the Logan County line. Also 1 mile of road beginning at the SW corner of section 22, running north 1 mile between sections 21 and 22, connecting with road previously declared open, running east and west across the township. GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at The South-Last corner of Sec. 32, and the south-West corner of sec. 33, in Twp. 8, North of Range 56, West of the 6th. , principal Meridian, thence North two miles, between Sections 32 and 33, and between sections 28 and 29, thence Last, between 'Sections 21, and 28, to the south-West corner of Section 22, the next mile East having been declaired an open road, thence beginning at the South- West corner of Section 23, and the Northwest corner of Sec. 26, thence running Last two miles, between sections 23 and 26, and Sections 24 and 25, to the Logan County line. also, one mile of roan beginning at the south-west corner of Sec. 22, running North one mile between sections 21 and 22 connecting with road previously declaired open, running East and best across the Township. 4 Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
