WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, June 17, 1968, at
11:00 A.M., in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, at Greeley, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of 4-M
Corporation, Inc., c/o George Mosier, Rt. 3, Box 181, Greeley, Colorado, re-
questing a change of zone from "E" Estates District to "S11 Scientific District, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by counsel, and
WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of zone,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony
and statements from those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request
of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning
Commission as submitted May 14, 1968, and having been fully informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, that the petition of 4-M Corporation, Inc., c/o George Mosier,
Rt. 3, Box 181, Greeley, Colorado, for change of zone from "E" Estates District
to "S" Scientific District, said area being more particularly described as follows:
The south 920 feet of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter (SE4SW4) of Section Ten
(10), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-six
(66) West of the 6th P, M, , Weld County, Colo-
rado, containing 26. 33 acres more or less,
is hereby granted under the conditions following:
1. Any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved
by the State Health Department.
2. All applicable subdivision regulations, zoning regulations shall be
followed and complied with to the satisfaction of the Board of County Commission-
ers of Weld County, Colorado.
3. Subject to the approval of the Greeley Planning Commission and the
City of Greeley, Colorado.
