REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 15, 1955: Fred C. Kluver
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest
in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand, road making and building material
acquired by instrument dated December 15, 1955 and recorded in the records of the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder on December 29, 1955 in Book 1438, Page 314 more
particularly described as follows:
A plat of land 200 feet square .918 part of an acre located in
the SW4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P. M.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

THIS DEED, Made this 10th day of April, in the year of
our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD
COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its
respective interests, of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF
COLORADO, of the first part Pnd FRED C. KLUVER, of the COUNTY
OF WELD, and STATE OF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, and in consid-
eration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed, and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does
remise, release, sell, convey, and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate situate,
lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
As described in instrument dated December 15, 1955,
recorded December 29, 1955, in Book 1438, Page 314,
Weld County Records.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit, and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this / IOth day of April, A. D. 1968,
by WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of
