In accordance with the agreement by and between the Board of Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "County", and Correctional Foodservice
Management, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", dated the 3rd day of March, 1997,
the County and Contractor desire and agree to extend the terms of the agreement as
follows:
1.) The contract shall be renewed by both parties for two additional years
commencing January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1999.
2.) The current meal price will remain unchanged during the extension of this contract.
