RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #2225 - BRUNELLO,
LLC, % JOHN NELSON/TOM SMITH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Recorded Exemption #2225 for
Brunello, LLC, % John Nelson and Tom Smith, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of July, 1998, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow adequate time
for Tom Smith to meet with his partner and discuss proposed changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
July 29, 1998, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of July, A.D., 1998.
