An employee of Weld County, namely, Patsy Drewer, on November 26,
1997, at approximately 10:00 a.m., in Hardee's parking lot, 720 Tenth Street,
Greeley, Colorado, while driving a county van, in the course of her employment
with the said county, collided with our unattended, parked car, a 1983 Mazda
RX-7, causing damage to the left front fender and bumper in the approximate
sum of $1,060.00.
Our claim is in the approximate sum of $1,060.00.
The driver of the county vehicle was: Patsy Drewer, 4702, West F Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631
