Home My WebLink About680408.tiffDEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY COUNTRY ESTATES - THIRD FILING: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in Country Estates Third Filing, being a subdivision located in the Northeast Quarter (NEt) and the Southeast Quarter (SE+) of Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 23 and considering the North line of said Section 23 to bear S 89°49'00" East, with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Thence S 00°07'00" W along the E line of said Sec. 23, 2,633.93' to the East Quarter of Section 23; thence continuing S 00°07'00" W along the E line of Sec. 23, 80.00'; thence N 89°48'00" W parallel to and 80.00', as measured at right angles to the South line of the NBj of said Section 23, 2,651.84' to a point on the W line of the SEt of said Sec. 23; thence N 00°03'30" E along said W line of the SEt 80.00' to the center corner of said Sec. 23; thence N 00°03'30" E along the W line of the NEI of said Sec. 23, 2,633.16' to the North Quarter Corner of said Section 23; thence South 89°49'00" E along the North line of the NEt of said Sec. 23, 2,654.61' to the point of beginning; Containing 165.281 acres, more or less, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld, and BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond in the sum of $ 8,500.00 prior to beginning construction of subdivision roads, to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications and that said bond shall continue for one year after completion of said roads or unless sooner released by action of the Board.
