Should zoning change and this area become multi-family or SF-1, the district reserves the right to revise this statement and declare additional impact. In conjunction with other development in the Windsor School District, any new enrollment pushes capacity at Windsor Middle School beyond current capacity. Elementary schools and Windsor High School should be able to absorb immediate growth from this annexation. Sincerely, Brian L.
