Gentlemen:
In line with your zoning program and as requested
in the meeting in Greeley, I would like to advise
-that the Keenesburg Sanitation District owns approx-
imately thirteen acres in the southeast corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
Twenty-six, Township One North, Range Sixty-four West,
which is used as a sewer lagoon and also as a city
dump. We would like to have this classified under
whatever type of zone is applicable, and it has been
in this present use for approximately ten years.
This is adjacent to the pig pile of dirt where the
County frequently obtains fill dirt, so I am sure
some of your men would be familiar with it.
