WCR 37,near the point of this access, has an ADT count of approximately 1500 vehicles per day. There are two additional on-site parking spaces between the temporary and the permanent trailers. There is a fence located in front of the permanent trailer blocking the access to the future house. The existing access road measures 12 feet wide, which is only adequate for a private driveway. Since the property is being changed to a commercial usage, I recommend that the applicant widen the driveway a minimum of 24 feet to the office trailer. No additional accesses will be granted. From the access point to the south, there is a tree limb obstructing the site distance. The limb needs to be removed. From the access point to the north,there is a high-bank obstructing the site distance. A portion of the bank needs to be dug down. The driveway radius appears to be adequate for the facility. The storm water drainage does not appear to be a problem on site.
