Re: Notice of Major Activity
Dear Commissioners:
Pursuant to State statute this is to notify you of a proposed subdivision in the Town of
Platteville which exceeds 5 acres in area. The Developer is Plumb Development, Inc., P.O.
Box 663, Mead, CO 80542.
The proposed subdivision is located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, Range 67
West, Township 3 North, and is South of Grand Avenue and West of the Valley Village
Mobile Home Park in the Town of Platteville. Said parcel contains 23.278 acres, more or
less.
The proposed subdivision will include 78 single family homes and 11 duplexes. The
Developer's application for Preliminary Plat approval has been sent to the Weld County
Department of Planning Services for review and comments.
