The Developer is Plumb Development, Inc., P.O. Box 663, Mead, CO 80542. The proposed subdivision is located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, Range 67 West, Township 3 North, and is South of Grand Avenue and West of the Valley Village Mobile Home Park in the Town of Platteville.
