McMurren for Flatiron Paving Company, Box 229, Boulder, Colorado. ',NOVJ, BE -IT RESOLVED, that the recommendation .of the Weld County. Planning . Commission be concurred in and the Petition be granted as follows:. • • • Structures for a gravel and asphalt business, including steel office building and shop building (armco or equitent) 2O' x 4O', Asphalt plant - foundations 15O' x 40', to be located as follows: Begin at the SW cor of E}- NEt Sec 36 Twp 6 N, R 66 W, thence, North 3OO"(feet) thence, East 2OO feet to a point appromimately center of structure area. M., in the office of Trafton Bean and Associ- ates, Boulder, Colorado. John Watson, Vice -Chairman called the meeting to order with John Wheeler, George Mosier and Elmer Shultz present. Absent was Art King. George Mosier moved that the Board of County Commissioners employ Trafton Bean and Associates to provide assistance in the County Planning Program at an expense not to exceed $100. The motion was seconded by John Wheeler. Motion carried. The Planning Commission was unanimous in recommending to the County Commissioners that monies be provided in the 1961 County Budget for employ- ing professional County Planning Service for County Planning. The amount recommended is $4,000. to $5,000. A Petition by Ted H. McMurren for Flatiron Paving Co., P.O. Box 229, Boulder, Colorado, for a gravel and asphalt business, was presented. The structures shall include steel office bldg. and shop bldg. (Armco or equi- valent) 20' x 40'. Asphalt Plant foundations 150' x 40'. Location of structure: Begin at the SW cor of EF-NE--Sec 36 TON 66 W Thence North 300' thence east 200' to a point that shall be the approximate center of the structure area. A motion was made by John Wheeler that said Petition of latiron Paving Co. be recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for pproval. Seconded by George Mosier. Carried. There being no further business a motion was made by George Mosier that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by John Wheeler. Carried. Respectfully submitted, Hello
