A public hearing was conducted on July 10, f995, at 1-O:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chairman
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Gloria Dunn
The following business was transacted:
I herebyoertify that pursuant toa notice dated -May 31,-1995, and dulypublished June 15, 1995,
in the Windsor Beacon,a public hearing was conducted on June -28, 1995, to consider the request
of Tri-City Ventures, LLC, fora Site Specific Development Plan and Minor Subdivisionpinal Plat.
Atsaid hearing on June28, 1995, said matter was continued toJuly 10, 1995, at which time Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, -made this a matter of record. Gloria Dunn, Planning
Department -representative, presented a briefsummary of the proposal and entered the -favorable
recommendation of the Planning Commission into the record as -written. JeffPerryman, partner
of Tri-City Ventures, LLC, represented the -applicant and answered questions from the Board
concerning the two- to three -acre pond on site which will provide more than the required 30,-000
gallons of water for the dry hydrant. -He -noted the pond -has existed for 85 years and has been
designed to neverflood again. No public -testimony was offered concerning this matter. Ms. Dunn
confirmed for Commissioner Kirkmeyer that Condition of Approval #3e addresses -the requirement
of the dry -hydrant, and Conditions of Approval #2a -and #2b will be deleted since they were met
prior to this -hearing. Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved toapprove the request of TTi-City Ventures,
LLC, for a _Site Specific Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Final Plat, based on the
recommendations of the Planning staff and the Planning Commission, with the Conditions of
Approval asentered into the record, with the exception of Conditions of Approval42a and #2b. The
motion wasseconded by Commissioner Webster, and it carried unanimously.
This Certification wasapproved on the -12th dayofJuly, 1995.
