Commissioner Dunbar offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has acquired and is the owner of the
following described real property, duly recorded in the records of the County
Clerk and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, said property has been duly advertised for sale at a public auction
held on the 14th day of April 1965, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P. M. in the office
of the Board of County Commissioners, excepting therefrom the reservations in favor
of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; and excepting therefrom the reservations in
the United States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches, if
any, existing rights -of -way for public highways and roads, and any and all existing
easements of rights -of -way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing
leases, and excepting therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder,
together with the right to prospect for and remove the same; and all county owned
structures, if any, on said property, and all property used for county purposes; and
WHEREAS, at said sale Ray D. Hildreth and Alma Hildreth bid $40.00 as the
purchase price for said property and being the highest and best bidder, said property
was sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Charles 0. Bursiel, County Treasurer,
be and is hereby constituted and appointed as Commissioner for Weld County, Colorado
and is hereby ordered to convey without covenants of warranty to Ray D. Hildreth and
Alma Hildreth the property more particularly described as follows; to wit:
Lots 31 and 32
Block 57 Milliken, Colorado
excepting therefrom the reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company,
and excepting therefrom the reservations in the United States Patent and existing
reservoir sites and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights -of -way for public

highways and roads, and any and all existing easements or rights -of -way, however
evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases; and excepting therefrom all
oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder, together with the right to prospect
for and remove the same; and all county owned structures, if any on said property, and
all property used for county purposes, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that as to such conveyance, Charles 0. Bursiel
is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and said conveyance, shall have the
effect to transfer to said Ray D. Hildreth and Alma Hildreth of Milliken, Colorado,
all right, title and interest which Weld County has in and to the above described
0' property subject to the exceptions and reservations hereinabove mentioned or referred to.
Weld County does not warrant title.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Odle and the resolution was adopted
by the following vote:

did cause notice of sale at public auction of such real property to he advertised in two issues of The Greeley YBooster,
a newspaper of general circulation in the said County of Weld; said newspaper notices having appeared one week apart and with-
in the thirty days as provided by law, and did post said notice in a public place in the county court house for at east thirty days
before the date of such sale and then uppgp did offer such real property for sale at public auction on the 14th day
