The Board of Trustees is scheduled to hold a public hearing on April 24, 1995 also at 7:00 P.M. at the same location. The purpose of these hearings is to consider the rezoning of portions of Poudre Tech Center Annexation located south of Eastman Park Drive and east of WCR 15 from (GC) General Commercial and (I-PUD) Industrial P.U.D. zoning districts to 47.10 Acres of (SF -1) Single Family Attached Residential, 2.68 Acres of (MF-1) Multi -Family Residential, 1.85 Acres of (NC) Neighborhood Commercial and 38.06 Acres of (O) Open Space Zoning Districts. (See vicinity map on reverse side of this notice). The Town of Windsor is required by law to notify property owners within three -hundred feet (300') of any proposed rezoning. Please feel free to attend any one of the above meetings if you so choose. Additional information is available to the public in the Planning Department office from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the above address.
