Nash, Architect were received and publicly opened and read, and WHEREAS, Manion Cropper Construction Company did submit the best bid to remodel aforementioned buildings in the amount of $115,738.00, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado believes it to be in the best interests of the County to accept said bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the bid submitted by Manion Cropper Construction Company, Eaton, Colorado, for the remodeling of the Weld County Court House and the Weld County Services Building in the amount of $115,738.00 be and is hereby accepted. Mr. Tom Epsom of the Safety Inspection Division has indicated the Industrial Com- mission rather than the City or Greeley, has jurisdiction over this project. Therefore, we do not intend to submit plans to the City for approval, unless so directed by you. Please note the approval includes a reference to the exit problems on the Court House.
