Bgner JI Presented to the Board cf Commissioners l_Sentember 11th, 1918. when the foflrwinr action was_takon and enterefcf-record, to-wit - A The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway.
