Hearings conducted on December 28, 1994: 1) Hearing to determine if
Probable Cause exists not to renew Tavern Liquor License, with extended
hours, for Isauro and Helen Chavez, dba El Rojo Lounge; 2) Resubdivision of
Lot 6, Block 3, Seemore Heights Subdivision, Tom Paxton and Charles Bill
Schovanec; and 3) Minor Subdivision Final Plat in the E (Estate) Zone District
and Variance from the Subdivision Ordinance, William H. and Charles W.

(Each individual is allowed a three -minute period of time in which to address the Board of County
Commissioners cn topics which are not on the Board's agenda. Please be aware that the Board may not
be able to address your topic today. If the Board is unable to do so, the matter will either be referred to staff
or scheduled for a work session. If you wish to speak regarding issues which are likely to be heard by the
Board in a public rearing, such as a land use or violation hearing, you will be asked to give your testimony
