ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY OVER ROADS AND STREETS
JOHNSON SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way
over the public roads, streets, highways in Johnson Subdivision, a subdivision
of a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 2, and considering the
East-West centerline of said Section 2 to bear North 89° 55' 53"
West with all bearing contained herein relative thereto:
Thence North 09° 17' 00" East 2,160.52 feet; Thence South 80° 43' 00"
East 420.00 feet; Thence South 09° 17' 00" West 270.00 feet; Thence
South 80° d3' 00" East 30.00 feet; Thence South 09° 17' 00" West
480.00 feet; Thence South 80° 43' 00" East 20.00 Feet; Thence
South 14° 28' 40" West 211.80 feet; Thence along the arc of a
curve to the right having a radius of 230.00 feet and whose chord
bears South 58° 01' 50" East a distance of 138.26 feet; Thence
South 46° 10' 40" West 230.49 feet; Thence South 01° 38' 30" West
191.71 feet; Thence South 13° 44' 30" East 707.86 feet to the
East-West centerline of said Section 2; Thence North 89° 55' 53v
West along the East-West centerline of said Section 2 a distance
of752.08 feet to the True Point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways, easements thereon shown are
accepted by the County of Weld provided, however, that the County of Weld
will undertake maintenance of roads, streets, and rights -of way after they
have been constructed by the subdivider, not the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
