RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board
of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Perry Miller be appointed to replace Larry
Jorgensen, electrician; Carl Horning to replace Sam Ainsworth, heating, cooling and ventilating
trade representative; and Marvin Schiessler to replace Drew Scheltinga, building trade
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Perry Miller, Carl Horning, and
Marvin Schiessler to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1999, December 31,
1998, and December 31, 1999, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Perry Miller, Carl Horning, and Marvin Schiessler be, and hereby
are, appointed to the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals, with their terms to
expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of February, A.D., 1997.
