HomeMy WebLinkAbout961850.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VI #9600234 AGAINST RIVERBEND INVESTMENTS, LLC, AND BRADLEY GIELISSEN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Riverbend Investments, LLC, and Bradley Gielissen, VI #9600234, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of October, 1996, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Bradley Gielissen, home owner, was present at said hearing, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services staff in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to close said violation. Adequate water and sewage disposal facilities are available to the manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit; and 7. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is not the first dwelling unit on the parcel of land. 8. Manufactured homes, mobile homes, or accessory dwelling units as accessory farm uses are temporary. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit shall be removed upon the cessation of the use of the manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit as an accessory farm use. 9.
