RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community Review
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Paul Cooper, Division of Youth Services
representative, Mark Rapp, Bar Association representative, and Terri Olivas, citizen, be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Paul Cooper, Mark Rapp, and
Terri Olivas to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Paul Cooper, Division of Youth Services representative, Mark
Rapp, Bar Association representative, and Terri Olivas, citizen, be, and hereby are, reappointed
to the Weld County Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1,
1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of November, A.D., 1996.
