RESOLUTION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Section I: In accordance with 39-1-113 (1.5), C.R.S., the commissioners of ___.___ County

Note: The values (actual) are the same for both years but the assessed values and subsequent
taxes are different because the residential portion of the property was assessed at different rates
in 1996 than 1997. Also the mill levy rates were different between the two years.
Based upon these figures the assessors office would recommend a tax dollar reduction for both
years to be placed at the level of:
1996=$ 689.00
1997 = $4,180.00
TOTAL = $4,869.00
It should be further noted that these values are mostly a result of a sale pending in 1999 that was
never finalized due to complications.

This is to advise you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners will hear your petition for
abatement or refund of taxes on the property described as: 99 Factory Road, Eaton, Colorado.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 20, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may
be heard. You are required to submit any supporting documentation regarding this petition to the
Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the Weld County Assessor's Office at least seven calendar
days prior to the meeting date in order for it to be considered at said meeting. The Assessor is
recommending that the Board APPROVE your petition.
The meeting will be held in the First Floor Meeting Room, Weld County Centennial Center, 915
10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, at the above specified time.
