Based upon these figures the assessors office would recommend a tax dollar reduction for both years to be placed at the level of: 1996=$ 689.00 1997 = $4,180.00 TOTAL = $4,869.00 It should be further noted that these values are mostly a result of a sale pending in 1999 that was never finalized due to complications.
