RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1106 FOR A TRASH BUSINESS IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT - REED
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 17th day of
April, 1996, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of David L. and Donna J. Reed, 822 East 16th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1106 for a trash business in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of Lot 2, Union Colony Subdivision, in part of the
NW%SE'/<of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 65
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Keith McIntyre, Attorney, was present to represent the applicants at said
hearing, and
WHEREAS,due to the presence of only three Board members, Mr. McIntyre requested said
hearing be continued to May 1, 1996, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present and deemed it advisable to grant said request and continue the hearing to May 1,
1996, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the application of David L. and Donna J. Reed for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1106 for a trash business in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is,
continued to May 1, 1996, at 10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 1996.
