RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES BAUM TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF
PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Baum be appointed to said Board,
to replace Constantine Skoumbourdis as a member at-large, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Charles Baum to said board, with
his term to expire May 23, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Charles Baum be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Board of Public Health, with his term to expire May 23, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of January, A.D., 1998.
