RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1225 FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT SERVICE
FACILITY (HAULING OF CRUDE OIL) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT
-WILMA PYLE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit#1225 for an Oil and Gas Support Service Facility (hauling of crude oil)
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Wilma Pyle, 29950 Weld County Road 57, Greeley,
Colorado 80631, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 16th day of June, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter at the request of the applicant
to allow her legal representative to appear.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
June 30, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of June, A.D., 1999.
