RE: APPROVE REVISIONS TO BY-LAWS OF WELD COUNTY REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with revisions to the Weld County Regional
Communications Advisory Board by-laws as identified in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said revisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the revisions to the Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board
by-laws, as identified in the attached Exhibit A, be, and hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 1996.

Dear Board Members,
At the March 26, 1996, meeting of the Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board,
the by-laws of the Board were discussed with two areas identified that require revisions. These
two revisions are:
Article I Board, Section B Membership, Subsection (1)(a):
Present Form: ZONE 3: Ft. Lupton, Lochbuie, Platteville.
Should read: ZONE 3: Ft. Lupton, Lochbuie, Platteville, Gilcrest.
In March of 1996, Gilcrest Police Department was added to the list of users
of the Weld County Dispatch Center.
Article I Board, Section B Membership, Subsection (1)(f):
Present Form: The Weld County Road and Bridge Department will designate , ,
Should read: The Weld County Public Works Department will designate . , ,
The Road and Bridge Department's name was changed to Public Works
Department and the by-laws should reflect this change.
These changes were voted on by the membership and approved unanimously. The Board
requests these changes to the by-laws be approved by the County Commissioners. If you have
