RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR SHERIFF'S OFFICE, NORTH JAIL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Sheriffs Department that a Change
Fund in the amount of $200.00 be established for the North Jail Complex, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Comptroller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a Change Fund in the amount of $200.00 be, and hereby is, established for
the Sheriffs Office, North Jail Complex.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of December, A.D., 1997.
