Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of said Section 16 to bear NO°
18'00"E, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the SW* of said Section 16,
from which point the Northwest corner of said Section 16 bears
NO°18'00"E, 2654.00 feet
