We have marked out the line of said road as located by us by turning a furrow on each side of said proposed road.

We estimate the probable cost of opening said rood to travel to be$
It will be necessary to place one large culvert at least 24 inches in diameter across draw about
the section line at the Southeast corner of section 18. Also four small culverts to carry flood
waters from drainage laterals in the South end of the road. We think it necessary to ditch the
East side of the road a distance of about i mile to take seepage from Eaton ditch; also a
short distance should be graded to avoid seepage from this ditch. There is now a bridge constructs
across the Eaton ditch which may be necessary to-change location slightly.
Ne reconmlend granting of road.

The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the
sad Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.
