Remington Place Minor Subdivision
To the best of my knowledge and ability I have made a best effort attempt to contact
and obtain information about any possible mineral lease on the property being
considered. This is what I have found.
The last mineral lease of record that I could find was with Wilbanks and Associates,
Inc., 1860 Lincolnb Street, Denver, Colorado, 80295. This lease expired in November
of 1994.
I have talked to Lyle Coe of Wilbanks and Associatiates by telephone several times.
Each time he has told me that they have no mineral lease on this property and they
don't know if anyone else does. They may have assigned the lease, but even if they
did it has long expired. He told me each time that he would send me a letter stating
this but he has never done it.
