WITH JOHN KLINE:
WHEREAS, John Kline has submitted an agreement for trash removal
fcom the Weld County Court House, Weld County Jail and the Weld County Nursing
Home at a rateof Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month, for a term beginning
June 1, 1967 and ending May 31, 1968, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to accept said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that an agreement for trash removal as submitted by
John Kline be and the same is hereby accepted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

AGREEIENT- FUR' TRASH' HAULING
I, John Kline, agree to haul Rubbish on the following terms,
at the rate of 160.00 peii month. There will be a minimum fee
charged in case of a change in City Ordinance Law charging --
Trash Haulers for dumping in City Dump.
Weld County Court House
1. Paper from Court House 5 days a week.
2. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
3. Any- boxes- from- furniture.,- the- company which brings them will
be reF.ponsible for disposal.
4. Any new additional buildings used by Weld County Court House
will be charged in accordance to amount of trash hauled. Any
remodeling will be taken care of by contractor.
5. I will haul Service Building 5 days a week, which will consist
of paper. Any boxes from furniture will be taken care of by
parties who bring them. Any remodeling to Service Building
pertaining to hauling of trash will be taken care of by parties
which does the remodeling.
Weld County Jail
1. I will take care of trash from Jail House which will be in
barrels outside.
2. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
Weld County Nursing Home.
1. I will empty barrels twice a month.
2. I will haul cans and ashes only.
3. Ash cans will be near or close to the alley for hauling.
4. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
1 agree to thses terms to haul for this amount for the term
of one year starting June 1, 1967 and ending May 31, 1968, at
which time I will submit another agreement.
