THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS received Respondent's Motion for an
Order Permitting Discovery for the above-referenced docket on January 7, 1998. The
Board has reviewed Respondent's motion and proposed Request for Production of
Documents.
1. The Board approves Respondent's request for rental income records for
storage units for the period from January 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996.
2. The Board approves Respondent's request for copies of appraisals
completed in 1995 or 1996 for the subject property.
3. Regarding Respondent's proposed request for billing statements from
contractor's, the Board would approve a request for documentation to support or explain
improvements done on the subject property prior to January 1, 1997.
4. Regarding Respondent's proposed request for income and expense
statements, the Board would approve a request fora copy of income and expenses for
1995 and 1996.
5. The Board approves Respondent's request for a list of standard monthly
rental fees for each size of individual rental units available at the subject property if these
are not covered by Paragraph #1 above.

THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS received Respondent's Motion for an

roll for the period from January 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996.
2. Regarding Respondent's request for copies of lease agreements, the Board
would approve a request for representative copies of each type of lease used in 1995 and
1996.
3. Regarding Respondent's proposed request for income and expense
statements, the Board would approve a request for an income statement for the years
1995 and 1996.
4. The Board approves Respondent's proposed request for a copy of settlement
statements from the sale closing and purchase of the subject property.
