TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Enclosed is an application from Western Mobile Northern for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special
Review Permit for Wet Sand and Gravel Mining Operation. The parcel of land is described as a tract of land
located in Section 34 and 35, 6N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel
of land for which this application has been submitted is west of and adjacent to 35th Avenue; approximately
1/4 mile north of"F" Street. For a more precise location, see legal.
The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing
of the application. Please reply by July 17, 1996, so that we may give full consideration to your
recommendation. The failure of any agency to respond within 21 days may be deemed to be a favorable
response to the County. Please call Shani L. Eastin, Current Planner, if you have any questions.

Site Specific Development Plan
Dear Ms. Eastin:
Pursuant to the State Engineer's August 7, 1995 memorandum to county planning
directors, this office is no longer providing comments on land use actions that do not involve
a subdivision as defined in Section 30-28-101(10)(a), C.R.S. This referral is a Site Specific
Development Plan review and does not appear to qualify as a "subdivision." Returned
herewith are the materials submitted to this office in the above referenced matter.
