MEMBER OF WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
TERM EXPIRES MAY 23, 1971:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did appoint Robert
T. Porter, M. D., a member of the Weld County Health Board for a term of
five years, ending May 23, 1966; and
WHEREAS, Doctor Porter has served faithfullyand well on said
Board; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Doctor Porter be re-
appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Robert T. Porter, M. D., be and he is hereby
reappointed as member of the Weld County Health Board for a period of five
years, ending May 23, 1971.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
