CO TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, We are submitting an application for a building permit to construct a 30' x 30' block building,with a concrete floor, (see drawings) This building will be located within five(5)feet of an existing building that is used for a shop The proposed building will be used for pressure washing used truck parts The washwater system will be a closed loop system in the ground. (sec plans) I have contacted both county and state health departments to see if there would be any permitting required for this type of system. and there is none There was a special use permit listed under the names of John E and M Eleanor Hochmiller.
